Shipping policy

1. To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address, including any necessary special instructions and where someone will be available to receive the order. If an incorrect or incomplete address or phone number is provided, we cannot be held responsible for loss of shipment due to incorrect details. Please appreciate that we are unavailable to schedule deliveries without a valid address and phone number.
2. Deliveries will take place between Mon-Fri (except on national holidays). Please allow 2-7 working days from dispatch for your goods to arrive.
3. We do not accept request for return/exchange of product. Any complaint needs to be put up within 2 days of receiving product.
4. We have partnered with various delivery partners to give you a seamless experience. We would not be responsible for any delay and/or extension of delivery time caused by the delivery company carrying your package. We will always attempt to fast track the delivery in case of delays, however, we cannot be held liable once the item/s has been despatched from our facility.
