Terms of service

1.You must be an adult of 18 years or over to use our website.
2.Our working hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. which may be subject to changes. We normally work from Monday to Friday. We do not work on Saturdays and Sundays, on Government Holidays or any such days which are instructed by Government or law enforcement agencies.
3.Our website uses cookies to provide a better experience to you. By using our website, you authorise us for the same.
4. We accept a variety of payment methods like cards, netbanking etc. Failures may arise due to technical glitches, server failure of bank/payment gateways or any other such causes. In case of any mishaps during such transaction NISHVIK BEAUTY ESSENTIALS PVT LTD would not be responsible. Any loss should not be attributed to us. You are requested to take up your matter with your bank/payment gateway/agencies involved.
5. From time to time, SHADOW & SHADES would lauch offers/coupon codes/discounts etc. The same would be advertised as per Earthraga’s discretion. Such offers may be ended prematurely or altered as per management decision of NISHVIK BEAUTY ESSENTIALS PVT LTD shall be final. At any given point, no two offers/coupon codes can be clubbed together.
6. Please expect a 4-7 days of delivery TAT. Depending on location, terrain etc there may be delays which are beyond our control. NISHVIK BEAUTY ESSENTIALS PVT LTD does not have any control on the delivery time and takes no guarantee for any timelines.
7. The locations which are not serviceable by courier will be shipped by India Post OR Private courier. NISHVIK BEAUTY ESSENTIALS PVT LTD does not commit a delivery Time for such shipments as this is beyond its control.
8. As logistics partners are used, we do not have control over delivery. Hence, customised or scheduled delivery is not possible.
9. Cancellation of Orders – An order placed by the Customer can be cancelled before it is shipped. There are no cancellation charges by NISHVIK BEAUTY ESSENTIALS PVT LTD . However the payment gateway charges – approximately 2 to 4% of order value and the same will be applicable/ deducted, while refunding such amounts to the Customers.
10. Once an order is shipped, the same cannot be cancelled/modified by the Customer.
11. We do not accept returns or exchange requests.
12. Any order returned to Earthraga can be redelivered at extra cost. Customer needs to contact Earthraga in such cases
13.You will appreciate that for seamless experience we have tied up with multiple delivery partners. Any loss/damage on behalf of delivery partner needs to be taken up by customer with delivery partner itself.
14.Due to natural ingredients used by us and supplemented by our policy of no use of chemicals for preservation, there is a chance that our products may change colour or look different by the time you use it. Be assured that efficacy of product does not change before Expiry Date printed on each product.
15.All humans are prone to allergy on use of a product for first time. You are requested to do a patch test before first use. In case of known allergies, do consult your medical practitioner before use.
16.Any request for refund basis allergy shall not be entertained.
17.From time to time, we may change our product packaging. Be assured that there would be no quality change as we are fully committed to customer satisfaction. In any such case of package change, you may observe receiving old package for a limited period of time.
18.All product or order related queries are to be raised only by a mail to info@shadowandshades.com. Twitter, Instagram and Facebook are only a marketing medium and handled by a different teams. While we try and address this to the extent possible in those social media platforms referred above, Customers are advised to raise the issues only with info@shadowandshades.com. We prefer to avoid discussing specific issues on Twitter/ Instagram / Facebook as every query requires time to check and resolve.
19.Generally all queries are replied within 5 business days. In case of a delay, the Customers will be informed, especially when external dependencies like checking with Payment Gateway / Courier partner / or any other agencies is to be done.
20.Please expect delay in response on Social Media during weekends / holidays

22.Except as informed on our website, you are not otherwise allowed to use our website for you own purposes. You are not allowed to download, edit, republish, sell or rent, license or sublicense whole or any part of our website unless taking written permission from us. You are not allowed to use of website content for your own commercial purpose in any form
23.You must not use any ways or do any activity which causes our website to malfunction or do any such activity which leads to impairment of normal working of our website. Any activity which is illegal, fraudulent or harmful for our website it not allowed. You are not allowed to install any virus, spyware, malicious software etc on our website or do any other similar activities which are harmful for our website/business. You are not allowed to access or otherwise interact with our website using any robot, spider or other automated means, except for the purpose of search engine indexing. You shall not violate the directives set out in robots.txt file for our website.
24.You are not allowed to use data mining activities on our website unless taking written consent from us. You shall not use data of our website to carry on any promotional activity without our consent.
25.We reserve the right to restrict access to areas of our website, or indeed our whole website, at our discretion; Under such circumstances, you will not use means to access our website through any means.
26.You are not allowed to use data collected from our site to contact our customers, vendors or any other person without our written permission.
27.You are expected to provide information only which is true in all aspects. Any cost associated with wrong information provided by you shall be your liability and we reserve the right to take legal action against you for the same. We also reserve the right to demand compensation from you in case of any loss incurred due to wrong information provided by you.
